Tell the Government:
it’s time to Stop Cruel Imports
Stand Up for our Standards: Email Emma Reynolds, Secretary of State for Defra, to Stop Cruel Imports Now
Help stop cruel eggs and pork from entering the UK
Crucial UK-EU trade negotiations starting this week could remove Britain’s ability to restrict imports from the cruelest farming systems we've banned for decades -sow stalls, battery cages, foie gras and fur farming.
Without animal welfare carve-outs in this deal the UK would be permanently locked out of blocking these imports undermining our hard-won protections. British consumers would unknowingly be purchasing from the same cruel systems we've banned at home, whilst higher-welfare British farmers are undercut for meeting our own standards.
Your email can show the Government that protecting our welfare standards matters to voters across Britain and help ensure the UK’s animal welfare standards aren't traded away.

If it's too cruel to produce in Britain,
then it’s too cruel to import into Britain
